Tissie, Inc. may perform statistical analyses of aggregate user behavior, but they are not based on personal information. These analyses allow Tissie, Inc. to measure relative consumer interest in the various areas of our web sites for product development purposes. The personal information you choose to provide to us through submissions that will be posted to our site, such as when you submit an entry toa contest or a question posed in the Ask TissieªÊsection, may be disclosed to visitors to the Tissie.com site. THEREFORE, IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO BE KNOWN BY OTHERS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THESE TYPES OF ACTIVITIES.

We may disclose to our Administering Agencies personal information you voluntarily provide to us in order to participate in contests. These Administering Agencies use the information only for conducting the contest and retain the information only as long as is required by law and then they destroy the information.

Personal information you submit when you choose to contact the creator or Ask Tissieª will only be disclosed in aggregate form our statistical analyses or demographics of users to third parties, such as advertisers or potential advertisers.

Tissie, Inc. does not retain personal information in tracking profiles.

III. Advertising

The methods used to display advertising contained on Tissie.com does not collect any personal information about you, such as your name, address, phone number or email address. We also do not implement the use of "cookies" t track user data or information at this time.

Tissie.com's policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond Tissie, Inc.'s control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or government regulation.

IV. Security of Information

We use our best efforts to ensure the security of personal information submitted by users. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of information from your PC to our computers. Unfortunately, no electronic communication over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to take great care to protect your personal information, Tissie.com and Tissie, Inc. cannot warrant the security of any information that you submit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

The right to download and store or output the materials in our site is granted for the user's personal use only, and materials may not be reproduced in any edited form.
